The Mablethorpe Neighbourhood Board
The Mablethorpe Neighbourhood Board is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the Pride in Place Programme and Plan. The Board will bring together members with different expertise, knowledge and a shared ambition for the local area.
As a community-led board, the members joining Chair Jacqueline Robinson represent a broad cross-section of the local community and will help ensure that local voices, experience and priorities shape the work of the Board.

Chair, Jaqueline Robinson
A Mablethorpe resident for almost ten years, Jacqueline brings strong local commitment and a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing residents. With a 40-year teaching career and five years’ volunteering at the Coastal Centre, she has direct insight into local needs and aspirations. She also serves as an Age Friendly Ambassador, Digital Health Champion and Domestic Abuse Champion, giving her first-hand experience of the value of residents, volunteers, community groups and organisations working together.

Viv Cross brings youth engagement and community development expertise through her work supporting young people in Lincolnshire and the LN12 youth forum.
Sue Fortune brings extensive grant-making, community funding and voluntary sector insight through her leadership of Lincolnshire Community Foundation.
Nicola Craven brings coastal, countryside and nature recovery expertise through her work with the National Trust at Sandilands.
Barnaby Prince brings frontline community safety insight through his role as a Police Community Support Officer with Lincolnshire Police.
Naomi Baker brings leisure, culture and operational leadership experience through her role as Director of Operations at Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure & Culture.
Liam Grimes brings social enterprise expertise and lived-experience insight through his work leading The Community Table CIC and as volunteer for the Community Voluntary Car Service.
Laura Spurr brings knowledge in sport, physical activity and workforce development through her role as Skills Manager at Active Lincolnshire.
Claire Woodward brings strategic community investment, housing, skills and social impact experience through her senior leadership role at ACIS Group.
Cllr William Gray brings communities, housing and ageing-well experience as East Lindsey District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Communities and Better Ageing.
The Board will also be supported by Victoria Atkins, MP for Louth and Horncastle, and Cllr Graham Cullen, Ward Councillor for Mablethorpe at East Lindsey District Council, who will act as champions for their local community.
